NEW web and member PORTAL open for the 2026 season

We are pleased to share with you the details of our new DLPOA PORTAL and changes for the 2026 renewal process.  

After twenty years of service to the DLPOA, Ray and Sharon Hapai are retiring at the end of the 2026 season.   We appreciate their years of service and are working with them to ensure a seamless transition.  A committee has been working to electronically automate and streamline your renewal experience. 

You should have received a letter via USPS with your specific account information and steps to get started.

January 16 you will do two things:

  1. Claim your membership - this will be done by the primary account owner
  2. Register your state-registered watercraft

This will set you up for success when the PORTAL opens for payment of dues and lake usage.
